Georgia has an outdoor burn ban in effect from May 1st through September 30th each year. Daily Burn Permits can be obtained by calling 1-877-OK2-BURN. Be sure to let the Circle 5 Vol-unteer Fire Department know you are burning. Their number is 770-479-2766. 2012 Pool Dates
The Smithwick Crossing Community Pool is scheduled to open Saturday, April 28th, and close Sunday, September 23. These dates are subject to change due to weather.

Need Closing Documents for a Smithwick Property?
To request necessary closing documents for a home in our subdivision, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it at least 7-10 business days prior to your closing date. This will ensure that we have ample time to prepare such documents. Please be aware that any time a property changes hands, a $200 Capital Contribution Assessment is collected by the Homeowner’s Association.
Water Stewardship ActThe Georgia Water Stewardship Act went into ef-fect statewide on June 2, 2010. It allows daily out-door watering for purposes of planting, growing, managing, or maintaining ground cover, trees, shrubs, or other plants only between the hours of 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM by anyone whose water is supplied by a water system (CCWSA) permitted by the Environmental Protection Division. Outdoor water use for any other purposes is still restricted to the Odd/Even schedule. Odd numbered addresses can water on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
